Description
The old hotel-god houses a brick and stone chapel, as well as a group of buildings surrounding an interior courtyard. The construction of the chapel took place between 1562 and 1600. The site retained an abandonment for children found. This tour, which was formalized in 1811, was removed in 1860. In service since 1812, it ceased its activities in 1837 and welcomed nearly 500 children in total. This tour is inserted into a brick pillar of the entrance gate, located between the door for cars and the pedestrian door. It consists of half a wooden half-cylinder, equipped with a bench, and is mounted on a pivot which allows it to orient itself towards two counters, closed by metal shutters, one giving on the street and the other on the courtyard of the establishment. This tour is the only one of its kind still present in the department.
